Orders and prices

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. An order is considered complete once it has been confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of an obvious pricing error or unavailability, with an immediate refund and prompt notice.

Payments

We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is processed through Shopify's SSL-secured checkout. We do not see or store your card details.

Personalization

Personalization with a name, nickname or number is included where stated. We reserve the right to refuse offensive or discriminatory text or wording that infringes third-party rights, such as protected names or trademarks. In such cases, we will contact you before production. Personalized items cannot be refunded if you change your mind, as explained on the Shipping and Returns page.

Withdrawal and returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item under the conditions on the Shipping and Returns page, which forms an integral part of these terms. To choose the right size the first time, see our size guide.

Intellectual property and liability

The website's content, graphics and copy are the property of Kombat Zone. Our products are sports equipment and should be used responsibly with appropriate supervision. We are not liable for improper use.

Consumer protection

Consumers retain all mandatory protections granted by applicable consumer law. Changes to these terms apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published.
