Size Guide and Garment Care.

Size guide

Measure a garment that already fits you well and compare it with the charts. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size for compression wear and rash guards because they should fit closely, and the larger size for shirts and hoodies. Remember: your first size exchange is free.

Garment care

Gear that is cared for properly fights alongside you for longer. Follow these simple rules:

Shirts, compression wear and shorts

  • Machine wash at a maximum of 30°C and turn the item inside out to protect prints and personalized names.
  • Do not use bleach, fabric softener or a tumble dryer. Air dry away from heat sources.
  • Never iron over printed areas.
  • Wash the item after every training session. Sweat left to dry can damage the fibres.

Hoodies and jackets

  • Wash at 30°C, inside out, with all zips closed.
  • Lay flat to air dry to prevent the item from losing its shape.

Gloves and protective gear

  • Open them after every session and let them air out. Never leave them sealed inside your gym bag.
  • Use sanitizing spray or a damp cloth inside and a soft cloth outside. Never machine wash.
  • Keep them away from direct sunlight and radiators, which can dry out leather and stitching.

Damage caused by improper care is not covered by the warranty. Treat your gear as carefully as you treat your gloves before a fight.
